01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using iPasscoder, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

02 App Purpose

iPasscoder provides secure local storage and generation of passcodes and sensitive data, with optional encrypted export and import features.

03 User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
• Forgotten passcodes or lost devices may result in permanent loss of stored data.
• The developer is not responsible for user error or misuse of the App.

04 Premium Features & Advertising

• Some features (such as unlimited storage or encrypted backup) require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions and billing are handled solely through Apple’s App Store.
• The free version of the App displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. A Premium subscription removes these ads. How advertising data is handled is explained in the iPasscoder Privacy Policy.

05 Data Security

• The App uses encryption (AES-GCM) to protect your stored passcodes and exported backups.
• The developer does not have access to your data.

06 Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your needs.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from use of the App.

08 Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. The developer may suspend or discontinue the App without notice.

09 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by law.
