01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any software, games, APIs, or services provided by Youssef Keram, who publishes as X3roe (“we”, “us”)—including but not limited to iPasscoder, iPrayer, Voxel Tennis, Slumber Hell, GhostOps: Mobile Warfare, Joke Generator, X3roePlay, and X3roeDrive—you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

03 License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our apps and games strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment and utility purposes. Modifying, distributing, or attempting to monetize our intellectual property without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

04 Multiplayer & API Restrictions

When using our network services (such as X3roePlay, our Minecraft servers, or game leaderboards), you agree not to use cheats, exploits, or third-party automated software designed to disrupt the experience of others or artificially inflate statistics.

05 Security Apps (iPasscoder)

For security-focused applications like iPasscoder, we provide robust tools for encryption but assume no liability for forgotten master passwords. Due to the local, zero-knowledge nature of the encryption, we cannot recover lost data under any circumstances.

06 Termination & Disclaimer

All software and services are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our web services or multiplayer endpoints at any time if you violate these terms or compromise the integrity of X3roe infrastructure.
