01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Slumber Hell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Game immediately.

These Terms apply to every version of the Game: iOS (Apple App Store), Android (Google Play) and Windows PC (ZIP download from dl.x3roe.com, linked from the Slumber Hell page). How each version handles your data is described in the Slumber Hell Privacy Policy.

02 License & Permitted Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Slumber Hell for non-commercial personal entertainment on your compatible devices, including a Windows PC for the PC version.

03 Content & Horror Notice

• Slumber Hell is an atmospheric survival horror experience designed with suspenseful tension, sudden scares, and intense binaural sound design.
• Players are advised to play at a comfortable audio level and take regular breaks.

04 Intellectual Property

• All 3D geometric models, PSX-style artwork, sound design, code, and narrative elements within Slumber Hell are the sole intellectual property of Youssef Keram (X3roe).
• Reverse engineering, redistributing, or commercial exploitation of game assets without explicit authorization is prohibited.

05 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or continuous availability.

06 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

07 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued usage of Slumber Hell following any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
